Situmba Bwalya Simon was born on April 15, 1985, in Ndola, Zambia. From a young age, he exhibited a strong sense of duty and patriotism, which led him to join the Zambia Army in 2005. Over his nearly two-decade-long service, Situmba rose through the ranks due to his unwavering commitment, bravery, and exemplary conduct.


Throughout his military career, Situmba was known for his exceptional leadership skills and his ability to inspire and uplift those around him. He participated in several key missions, both domestically and internationally, contributing to peacekeeping efforts and ensuring the safety and security of his fellow citizens.
